Supply & Logistics
IBERIAHOLZ organizes product preparation, packaging, export documentation and logistics for recurring industrial supply programs. Delivery arrangements are structured according to the requirements of each production program and destination.
Shipment preparation
For an industrial customer, it is not enough to receive a component that meets technical requirements. It must also arrive in the agreed quantity, in suitable packaging, with correct labeling, with the required documentation, at the agreed destination and according to the agreed delivery schedule.

Recurring supply
For recurring production programs, delivery planning is linked to the manufacturing schedule and customer demand.
Expected consumption and program outlook.
Typical quantity per production and shipment cycle.
Time required for manufacturing and quality release.
Preparation, labeling and shipment readiness.
Transit time according to destination and route.
Target arrival date and possible volume changes.
Batch release
Products move into logistics after the required quality control and batch release have been completed.
Packaging
Packaging is defined according to component geometry, quantity, weight, sensitivity to damage, handling method, transport mode and customer requirements.
Export documentation
For international shipments, IBERIAHOLZ organizes the required commercial and export documentation according to the conditions of each shipment.
Where applicable, shipments can be supplied with EUR.1 movement certificates confirming preferential origin under the relevant trade arrangement. Applicability is determined for each individual shipment.
Transport routes
For European and nearby markets, road freight may be the primary transport option. The route is selected according to destination, shipment volume, cargo weight and dimensions, required lead time, customs requirements and overall logistics economics.
Alternative logistics
Other transport options may be considered depending on destination, shipment size and program requirements. The logistics model is selected according to delivery time, cost, volume, frequency, risk and destination requirements.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms are agreed individually. The structure may consider place of delivery, transport responsibility, customs procedures, insurance where required, allocation of logistics costs and customer requirements.
Geography
IBERIAHOLZ primarily serves industrial customers across Europe and Turkey. Supply to other markets can be evaluated based on logistics, program volume and commercial requirements.
